CONSENT FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

A web-site user by filling a request at the http://acex.net/ web-site, confirms his consent for personal data processing (hereinafter – «Consent»). Acting freely, voluntary and for own benefit confirming his legal capacity. A user confirms his consent for personal data processing by CARGO STAR LLC (2315234408) registered at Krasnodarskiy krai, Novorossiysk city, Svobody street, 1, office 402, Russia under the following conditions:

  1. The present Consent refers to personal data processing by use of automated and non-automated devices.
  2. The Consent is for processing of the following personal data: a) Personal data that is not considered as biometric or special: user full name; contact phone number; email; company and position; user data (location data; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; user source; web-site or ad; OS and browser language; what pages are opened and what buttons are pushed; ip-address).
  3. Personal data shall not be publicly available.
  4. The aim of personal data processing is to process incoming requests from private customers in order to render services offered by the company that owns the web-site; to analyze private customer actions and web-site operation; perform email marketing.
  5. The legal ground for personal data processing is article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; article 6 of Federal Law N 152-FZ ON PERSONAL DATA; CARGO STAR LLC articles; the present Consent for private customer personal data processing.
  6. Within the course personal data processing the following actions shall be performed: collection; record; systematization; accumulation; storage; specification (update, modification); retrieval; retrieval (distribution, representation, access); block; removal; deleting).
  7. Personal data shall be processed until the private customer unsubscribes from email marketing. Personal data processing can also be canceled upon the personal data owner request. Storage of the personal data in hard copy shall be in accordance with Federal Law N 125-FZ ON ARCHIVING IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION and other regulatory acts referring to the archiving.
  8. The Consent can be cancelled by the personal data owner or his representative upon written notification sent to the CARGO STAR LLC or its representative to the address stated above.
  9. In case of cancellation of the present Consent by the personal data owner or his representative CARGO STAR LLC shall have the right to continue personal data processing without the personal data owner consent by virtue of clauses 2-11 paragraph 1 of article 6, paragraph 2 of article 10 and paragraph 2 of article 11 of the Federal Law N 152-FZ ON PERSONAL DATA from July, 27, 2006;
  10. The present Consent shall be valid until the termination of personal data processing as stated in clauses 7 and 8 of the present Consent.
